The coat/hat rack was a Christmas present that my daughter requested. It was missing a couple pieces. I contacted customer service and asked them to send the missing pieces. They had a hard time trying to figure out what I wanted, even though I gave them the invoice #, product # and part #. But they did eventually send the pieces and they were the correct pieces. -- missing pieces
This is a terrific coat tree. It takes up much less space than many others that would not hold as much. It arrived in 2 days! The assembly was super simple, the price very reasonable. I am very happy with this purchase. -- BETTER THAN EXPECTED !

WHEN FINISHED, LOOKS GREAT, GREAT SUPPORT. MOST OF THE WEIGHT IN THE HEAVY BASE, THAT PREVENTS IT FROM LEANING OR FALLING. I GAVE IT 5 STARS,.I WISH I CAN GET IT IN THE DARKER COLOR THOUGH. PLANNING ON BYING A SECOND ONE.
PS: HAS A LOT OF HOOKS TO HANG EVERY KIND OF CLOTHS. MULTIPLE LEVELS AND A MODERN OR TRANSITIONAL LOOK TO IT.
